Terms and conditions

Last updated: 5 October 2026. This is an English translation; if there is any difference, the Romanian version prevails.

The VivPilot app is not available and not on sale yet. These terms will apply from launch. Until then, they apply only to using the website.

1. Who we are

VivPilot is developed by VIVADAR DELIVERY S.R.L., tax ID (CUI) 45834030, Trade Register No. J2022005336401, registered office Str. Fălticeni nr. 75, Sector 2, Bucharest, Romania, email vivadardelivery@gmail.com (“we”).

2. What VivPilot is

VivPilot is an Android app that shows a verdict (GOOD, FAIR or POOR) over the ride offer in Uber, Bolt or Blue, calculated from lei/km, lei/hour and estimated profit after car costs, based on your settings. Extra features (empty-return cost, automatic day/night/weekend thresholds, shift report, voice announcement, destinations to avoid) are optional.

VivPilot is an independent app and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Uber, Bolt or Blue. Their names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

3. Who can use the app

4. The verdict is for information only

The verdict and figures are estimates, calculated from the information shown on screen by the ride apps and from your settings (cost per km, thresholds). They may be incomplete or inaccurate if the ride apps change their display, if an offer is not read correctly or if your settings don't match reality. The decision to accept or decline a ride is entirely yours. We do not guarantee any level of earnings.

5. Permissions

The app needs the Android accessibility service permission to read the offer on screen and show the card. The app explains each permission before asking for it. You can revoke permissions at any time in Android settings; without the accessibility service the app cannot show the verdict. How we handle data is described in the Privacy policy.

6. Account, subscription and payment (from launch)

7. Intellectual property

VivPilot is created and owned by VIVADAR DELIVERY S.R.L. The app, its source and executable code, design, interface, logo, the VivPilot name, and the texts, images and other content of the vivpilot.com website belong to VIVADAR DELIVERY S.R.L. and are protected by copyright and intellectual property law, including Romanian Law No. 8/1996 on copyright and related rights, as republished and amended. All rights reserved.

Without our written consent, you may not:

Infringements are sanctioned under the law in force, including Law No. 8/1996, and may result in civil, administrative or criminal liability, as applicable. We may also suspend or close access to the app.

Uber, Bolt and Blue are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe compatibility. VivPilot is an independent app and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Uber, Bolt or Blue.

8. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use VivPilot on your devices as long as you comply with these terms and, from launch, as long as you have an active subscription. The licence does not transfer any ownership of the app to you. Your account and subscription are personal and cannot be transferred.

9. Liability

We make reasonable efforts for the app to work correctly, but cannot guarantee it will work without interruptions or errors, especially if the ride apps or Android change. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost earnings or for decisions made based on the verdict. We are not liable for measures taken by ride-app operators regarding your account. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for intentional acts or gross negligence, or your rights under consumer protection law.

10. Updates and termination

We may update the app to improve it or adapt it to changes in the ride apps. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend access for a serious breach of these terms after notifying you, except in urgent cases.

11. Complaints and dispute resolution

For any issue, write to vivadardelivery@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (anpc.ro) or use alternative dispute resolution (SAL) through reclamatiisal.anpc.ro.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are settled by the competent Romanian courts, without limiting your right as a consumer to go to the court of your place of residence.

13. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we publish the new version here with the update date and notify you in the app before important changes take effect.
