How it is calculated
- Fuel per km = consumption × fuel price ÷ 100.
- Km per month = km per day × days per week × 52 ÷ 12.
- Fixed per km = (payment + servicing + insurance + other + yearly taxes ÷ 12) ÷ km per month.
- 1 km costs you = fuel per km + fixed per km. It is the same formula as in the VivPilot app.
Why does the fixed cost per km drop when I drive more?
You pay the same car payment and insurance however far you drive. Spread over more km, each km carries a smaller share. Fuel per km stays the same.
What do I do with “fixed / km” in the ride calculator?
The “Use it in the ride calculator” button fills in your consumption, fuel price and fixed cost per km under “Other costs (lei/km)”. You only enter the offer and see what you really keep.
Is this what I earn?
No. It is what one km costs you. To earn, an offer must pay more than this cost, including the empty drive to the passenger.
